I'm not sure why the Code coverage test failed on Scrutinizer. The coverage shouldn't be affected by this change. |

@tsmes Yeah, the coverage is often failing, I don't know exactly why, maybe when the Travis tests are taking to long. |

I took the liberty to add support for Norwegian characters and added tests to make sure nothing goes wrong.
