OS: Win11
Reading https://copier.readthedocs.io/en/stable/settings/ I've put my User defaults under
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\copier\settings.yml
However those defaults were ignored until i moved that file to
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\copier\copier\settings.yml
