- Scale pdf by 2, in order to read smaller QR Codes - Read last page of PDF (2nd dose often on 2nd page)
- removed svg from webpack (using it directly in code) - removed unused import in Form.js - removed unused server.js (using next scripts)
- no longer used
- Design changes regarding file selection / camera
