Zenodo Release for PyIR Manuscript

• Updated IgBLAST executable to version 1.16
• Added bugfixes for issues regarding API usage, fasta files with whitespace, certain fields not populating
• Updated README with more examples

PyIR has been refactored for the changing needs of the lab, including AIRR formatting amongst other changes.

This is the last release before the pyir-plus refactor

The final release for submission to zenodo in order to wrap up the hip manuscript submission.

This is the status of PyIR at the time of the HIP paper's submission. I don't expect further releases of standalone PyIR development efforts have shifted to working on other projects
