Main new features:

• Variables and Variable sets
• File schema validation with Pandera

• Update dependencies to latest
• Fix issue where user params were not processed as JSON as expected
• Permissions can now be augmented at the object level via SpadePermissionManager (see the examples folder for a potential way to use this)
  • Managers are set by setting the env var SPADE_PERMISSION_MANAGER to the python path to a subclass of SpadePermissionManager
• Email address of the executing user is now passed into FileProcessor and Executor class
• Users and groups can now be altered/deleted via the Spade UI and the REST API (previously only read access was possible)
