changes:

• song title, artist name, channel names, and pattern names are now also checked.
• searches are now case sensitive if the environment variable BELMONT_CASE_SENSITIVE is defined and not empty.
• in case insensitive mode, matches are now displayed in the same case as in the module file.
• code refactors.
