h*headings to thed3-format.mdto increase readability and separate the different portions of the formatting segments.While learning how to dynamically format a number using
d3-format, it was difficult to follow which parts of the documentation applied to each segment of the formatting specifier. This PR aims to improve the structure of the page and reduce the friction of consuming the docs.
