How to test: opentibiabr/canary#3524

NOTE:
• Extract the zip file: Qt6WebEngineCore for client works correctly.
• Use the client "client.exe" to test locally, it already uses the OpenTibia RSA key and the local ip.
• Place the files in the "cache" folder as read-only for the correct functioning of the systems by the server.
To download 14.12 for windows, do not download the "source code", use the attached zipped folder.
