A simple TUI client for transmission-daemon.

• Fast (Written in pure bash).
• Minimal (Only 50~ LOC).
• Smooth Scrolling (Using vim keybindings.)

1. Start transmission-daemon.
2. Run torque.

All other terminal torrent programs have a clunky
verbose UI. I wanted something minimal.
