Laravel PHP Framework with HTML5 Boilerplate, Twitter Bootstrap boostrapper bundle, Composer bundle, and a Sticky Footer to start developing quickly.

Features

Wiped out the original landing page since it usually gets wiped out anyways.
Created a layouts folder containing a main template layout for the rest of the pages to inherit from.
Added HTML5 Boilerplate.
Added Twitter Bootstrap.
Added Composer.
Added Twitter Bootstrap attributes to the html in the layout and index page.
Created an index page with dummy content.
Tweaked the config folder for development and production.
Added a task generator created by Jeffrey Way
Added a Sticky Footer since most websites implement some kind of footer.
