Default settings (as of 07/04/2020)

  • Flux cuts should be in Total_flux, and the threshold should be I_thr=2 (2 mJy).
  • Probability maps should be computed from the mean noise maps (as opposed to the median ones).
  • The fiducial pixelization will be nside=2048. mask_d.fits and the probability maps are generated at a pixelization of nside=256, but we will ud_grade them to 2048.
  • Our fiducial catalog will be the value added catalog (data/hetdex_optical_ids.fits) (i.e. --use-vac)
