What went wrong
This is my .vimrc file. I'm getting the error below on a machine. On my other machine(which is almost the same system) w0rp/ale plugin works fine.

Reproducing the bug
I don't know how to reproduce this problem since I experience this problem on one of machines and I couldn't reproduce the problem on the other machine. Maybe a library or an apt package is missing on my problematic machine but I couldn't figure it out. I hope that just by looking my .vimrc file and the error output, you will find the way to reproduce this error.
