Introduces a new --accent-color CSS variable in both default and dark themes, and applies it to the body element using the accent-color property. This enables consistent accent coloring for form controls and other UI elements.

Description
This PR sets a base
accent-colorfor both light and dark themes, given Chromium 137, and therefore Electron v37, now use the system accent color for theaccent-colorproperty, messing with what our app looks like when the default OS accent color is changed.Screenshots
