There's a new doc site for ktlint. This updates links in the detekt wrapper docs to point to the new URLs.
One link wasn't updated. The
TrailingCommarule has been split out in ktlint 0.47 so the existing rule documentation has been removed. When we update to 0.47 the two new rules should link to the correct documentation.
