There are two semi-related, but independent projects which pay homage to XQuest2

Patches the XQUEST.EXE binary to increase lives, add Power-Ups, etc. See ./binpatch/README.md for more details.

Patches the XQuest2 source files to allow XQUEST.EXE to be built with a compiler other than Turbo Pascal 6. See ./srcpatch/README.md for more details.
