If the server crashes, Kubernetes restarts it automatically, but it is hard to investigate what happened as the error is not logged in the regular logs.
This PR changes the docker entry point to use pm2 for process management, such that if node runtime crashes, it will log the error and restart node automatically, without having to restart the docker completely.
