Adjust memory demands for singlecore Express/PromptReco up and for multicore Express/PromptReco down. Also adjust Repack memory demands down. Done to optimize pilot scheduling of jobs and to not overcommit the memory on the nodes (especially the CERN AI nodes) when running mostly singlecore jobs.
