HIRun2015 Tier0 subscriptions will only be to tape. Any disk subscriptions are going to be made outside the Tier0. Add support for this, tape_node and no disk_node is now supported.
Please note that if you produce any RECO for a dataset configured in this way, it will not be subscribed anymore and just stay on T0_CH_CERN_Disk.
So this mode of operations is only really practical for datasets with write_reco = False.
