Adding the XeXeProdOfflineConfiguration.py and XeXeReplayOfflineConfiguration.py files used for XeXe runs to keep their history.
There was some misconfiguration done while setting it up. Below is a list of notes for future reference:

• No XeXe datasets needed to have RAW written to disk.
• A default disk_node value was supposed to be changed to T2_US_Vanderbilt - as there was a single cosmics run between XeXe runs, some datasets were transferred to FNAL disk instead.
• The same applies for non-default disk, tape and archival node parameters in dataset config - they should have used the default value next time. This time, e.g. the MinimumBias dataset was transferred to T1_RU_JINR_MSS tape instead of FNAL tape.
