As JobStatusLite default timeout is 47h, this sets PerformanceMonitor soft timeout in 46h. This allows for the jobs that take too long to be properly terminated by performance monitor.
To avoid retrying this jobs, RetryManager's PauseAlgo is configured so that error code
50664gets 0 retries. Also,ErrorHandler.maxFailTimeis left to its default value (120000s)
