We are trying to reduce the number of unnecesary PD described in T0 config files. We can use this PR to discuss which PDs to remove.

I went throug the list and found several datasets that have not been used in the past 5 years. They are unlikely to return, or would need a different configuration if they do. Of course, we can always check the repo history to retrieve the configurations for the PDs.
