I updated the configuration file for Gimp 3.0
The biggest change is to rewrite the shortcuts files - from menurc to shortcutsrec (maybe the shortcut lists are quite old buit I did't edit the actual shortcut). With this, I deleted some auto-gen files to simplify them.
I also imported the new css theme originally from:
https://github.com/bunnywaffle/GIMP-3-Themes/tree/main/Photoshop%20Black%20v2
And of cource, updated the install script.
