WinSystemAmlogic: add display hotplug feature

If display is not connected the connector is also not connected to
encoder/crtc. Manually connect it on display hotplug and force a drm
mode switch.

AML: wait until kernel started playback

Wait maximal 1000ms before perform a mode switch.
Hide all frames on screen until mode switch was done.

alsa: drop obsolete 'aml_set_audio_passthrough'

Parameter is not used anymore in kernel 5.x.
