Hi, first of all thanks for sharing the crate, it helped me a lot :)
This PR just uploads license files to the repository, MIT and Apache 2.0 accordingly to the ones specified on the crate's page. Tools for autogenerating a list of third-party open-source licenses like cargo-bundle-licenses need these files, and adding them also helps to determine the licensing just by looking through the GitHub repo.
