Implemented PoS Block. Blocks now have Coinages. Blocks now have its difficulty and total difficulty. Blocks now have its next block's minimal difficulty. Add package SimBlock.node.consensusAlgo. Nodes now have its consensus algorithm. Consensus Algorhitms judge whether received blocks is valid or invalid considering its difficulty, total difficulty. Currently impremented consensus algorithmes are PoW and PoS.
