TAR isn't used, and thus fakeroot is a suprious lookup + error
since it's not really needed to actually build any of this.
Removing those two extraneous lines to clean up the build.

Tar isn't yet used, but is a part of the lab tarball infrastructure. The idea is that we can build tarballs of lab files for seminars. We just aren't using it yet.

Fakeroot is merely a way of making tarballs which contain files which aren't owned by $USER. I'm happy to have a non-fakeroot way of doing this if you want to provide a less Debian way of doing so.
