- Moved API versioning examples into the existing spring-boot-mvc-5 module (instead of creating a new module).
- Added controllers demonstrating multiple versioning strategies (path, request parameter, header, MIME type).
- Updated POM and imports for Spring Boot 3.x compatibility.
- Added a README.md with curl examples for easy testing.
