GPX/JSON Track ( gpsies.com ) convert to XML ( GlobalSite )

You need to enter to GS-Sport Training Gym Pro (1.9.x) install folder, go to Data, go to "user" then year, then create folder with date, like first month dash day (month and day w/o leading zeros), exp. today is 2017-07-06 (y-m-d), so created folder is "7-6". And at last copy or save there your xml file.

After open it, you can upload to device and also you see filled values for distance and elevation with plot.
