Rework it after release of Quality Management Process, to have proper linkage in place, further the plan does not cover any activity in detail for SCORE, which is defined for the role, e.g. process audit for Release 0.5, etc.

Documentation currently is not buildable, update bazel registry requested,
Beside that, the Plan should follow the same strategy as Safety Management Plan, we have to separate on platform level, which is common for everybody, also there is someone resonsible for that and Module specific activities and what is expected from them

May change SCORE to S-CORE, Focus the text in the boxes to the middle, currently looks shifted to the right
