Removed xport and SP_PREFIX infrastructure including
build-prep.sh. Added# define R_NO_REMAPtosp.hand made changes to source files to suit. Builds locally with R 4.4.2, R 4.3.3 and R-devel OK, checks OK for R 4.4.2 and R-devel.
