Download toy dataset and place in example_data
Create a new python environment
Install pytorch using the most recent installation instructions for your platform.
Run pip install -r requirements.txt to get remaining requirements.
Use python -m ipykernel install --user --name=your-env-name to add your new environment to jupyter.
