Version 1.2. Many bugfixes. This version has partial support for G5 KDZ

files.  The latest generation present themselves as multiple physical
devices, which means multiple GPTs which messes the present code up some.
Extraction of slices/partitions for these works, just the support isn't
quite in proper shape.  Seems unknown1 and unknown3 in the DZ header are
in fact hashes, but without knowing of what they cannot be recreated.

Initial creation of kdztools

This is simply a copy of the Compressed KDZ Extractor renamed to the
names to be used in this repository.  Original author has consented to
distribution as long as there is some attribution.
