This PR changes the Fuses tests to just use the relative paths to individual Forge APIs instead of running the packaging via spawn.

This makes it so that:

  • The test runs against the current code in the repo and not the production version of Forge.
  • We don't have to mess around with symlinks.
  • Changes still get picked up as soon as TypeScript changes are made (no need to wait for the build).
