[skip ci] Bumped minor version

Now supports DirectBeamEnabled attribute.

Said attribute is set to False before each data colleciton and init of
hardware object. It is only set to True breifly for flux measurements.
In this case, the beam is supposed to hit photodiode on detector's
cover.

Handle "puck grab" case on the sample changer

Handle the case when the whole puck gets lifted by the sample changer.
Typically this is the case when the pin is frozen stuck to the puck.
