Sample Windows service to detect device events

To install/uninstall, use InstallUtil.exe utility.

To check device events received,

• Attach the process from Visual Studio (Debug -> Attach to Process -> check Show processes from all users) or
• Open Event Viewer -> Windows log -> Application
