someone interesting once told me that making a language is a lovely old time, and that i should try it.

this is me trying it.

spell is a tiny little scripting language with lispish syntax.

the reference interpreter is contained in this repository, and is called 'cast'.

for all intents and purposes, the reference interpreter is also the language spec, until further notice.
