Fix issue with Microsoft and Snowflake connection access (#14169)

- Snowflake and Microsoft were trying to access the connection of a `DB_Table`.
- Fixed to now use `Internal_Access`.
- Also amended all other dialects to use this, so they can all be moved out of `Database` later.
- Moved `fetch_primary_key` to Connection and made public.
- `connection` within `DB_Table` and `DB_Column` is now the type-specific connection.

Dialect and Connection Restructure (part 1) (#14164)

- Fix for `bat` file running on windows now ydoc integrates.
- Error logging on the `ensoRunner` to help with debugging.
- Remove `get_type_mapping` and `get_statement_setter` from dialects and move them to instances on `Connection.
- Adjusted `make_cast` and `adapt_unified_column` to take the type mapping as an argument. (To review where these should be).
- Added `type_mapping` and `statement_setter` to specialised connection types.

ToDo:
- `get_error_mapper` and `fetch_primary_key` off dialect.
- Review the `make_cast` and `adapt_unified_column` methods and decide where they belong.
- Move `needs_execute_query_for_type_inference` to type mapper.
- Move `value_type_for_upload_of_existing_column` to type mapper.

X12 EDI format parsing (#14158)

- Fix for widgets:
- `File_Format.get_types` needs to be not project private to allow Table to build its widget.
- Import Nothing extensions in Metadata to restore `is_nothing`.
- `Image_File_Format` can't be project private as it breaks widgets.
- Re-enable Examples image as we have a User-Agent header now.
- Allow a list of columns in `Table.split_to_columns`, `Table.tokenize_to_columns` and `Table.expand_column`.
- Add EDI_Format, which supports reading ANSI X12 EDI format to a table.
