Laravel Mobile App

1. install android-studio or xcode (you can check this and this)
2. create an android emulator (you can check this)
3. yarn
4. install explo-cli (npm install -g expo-cli)
5. expo start after that you can run on android or ios
6. expo build:android , expo build:ios (for publishing)

are welcome. Pull requests are great, but issues are good too.
