Simple Back Propagation Neural Network

The code quality of this is rather awful. I wrote this over a decade ago when I was transitioning from C over to C++ as such the code is some sort of inbred chimera of styles. I would rewrite it but my current work contract forbids me from doing so. So please, use this code ONLY as a reference!
