Dotfiles are (optionally) managed with the hstow utility. Install hstow per instructions in hstow/README.md prior to these quick start instructions:

 % cd ${HOME}/.hstow
 % git clone https://github.com/esorton/dotfiles-all.git
 % ../bin/hstow
