mquery 0.5.0

Welcome to the v0.5.0 release of mquery!

This release includes an upgrade to manifest-tool v2 to provide the
library on which mquery performs its inspect of a manifest/index.

In concert with this update (which supports querying images for the
linux/riscv64 OS/ARCH combination) this release also supports
**running** mquery on the Risc-V architecture. With this update
and validation by a contributor, the Risc-V platform has been
added to the multiplatform image in this release.

performing the registry query as well as better error message support.
Better error message support is helpful for handling the newer potential
that a query fails because of rate limits of an image, for example an
