Problem: Previously we introduced overlapping flags related to how interactive prompts and default values were handled. This made things more confusing when used within the context of 'composite' commands like
compute serveandcompute publish.Solution: Implement a collection of global flags that handle this behaviour more broadly.
Notes: This is a breaking change and will require a major version release (
v3.0.0).
