Added update script for re-installing Wifi Drivers after kernel updates
Forgot to add command to change permissions for update.sh file.

Hi, I noticed that after a kernel update my drivers were no longer working. I found this to be quite a nuisance so I made this script for updating the drivers. I also changed the Readme.md file accordingly. Hopefully this code is suitable.
