Work towards #9357
Similar to #9321, refactors our
inspector_service_testto not be dependent on widget ordering from the framework. This means I removed some of the golden comparisons, since they are affected by changes in the framework.I also deleted the details tree test, since the details tree is only used in the legacy inspector which we will soon remove now that 99% of users are on the new inspector.
