Similar to flutter/devtools#7037, update to avoid deprecated library.

Pre-launch Checklist

  • I updated CHANGELOG.md to add a description of the change, [following repository CHANGELOG style].
  • I updated/added relevant documentation (doc comments with ///).
  • I added new tests to check the change I am making, or this PR is [test-exempt].
  • All existing and new tests are passing.

I don't think we'll be able to release this until the next stable, because package:web 0.3.0 doesn't have the required helpers in the web.dart import.
