We now have a succinct mathematical representation of the code in our paper, and we want the code to reflect that simplicity. We have deprecated a bunch of PHOENIX-specific code (#12 ), so we will architect two new classes:
LinearEmulatorandLogEmulatorvis-a-vis #24We will update the docstrings to reflect the math in the paper #25
We may address other issues along the way. Let's do this!
