This PR does a number of stylistic changes in response to external feedback.

Changes include:

• Result panels have different themes and text based on if there are results or not
• Table column headers now have a ? symbol which when hovered shows a short description of the column
• The grounding table columns and headers are center aligned
• The CSV download for NER annotations now also includes a URL to the bioregistry for the matched curie
• The top description text was made more clear and minimal formatting changes were added for readability
• An example abstract is filled out in the annotation text box when a button is clicked
• Curie linkouts now open in a new tab and a linkout symbol is added next to each badge/label to clarify it is a link
• Add a test for the annotation example
