[Compilation Notes]

What you need:
	Visual Studio 2010 http://www.microsoft.com/visualstudio/en-us/products/2010-editions
	Windows 7 SDK http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=3138
	WTL 8.0 http://wtl.sourceforge.net/
	WiX (If you plan on building the installer projects) http://wix.codeplex.com/
