v7.0.0: 7.0.0

Compare Source

Changes

One of the main features introduced in this release is a new type of client MultiDBClient. The purpose of this client is a communication with multiple databases that are eventually consistent (Active-Active setup) and handling failures by failover across databases.
More information could be found in docs.

🚀 New Features

  • Support for maintenance push notifications handling during server upgrade or maintenance procedures. (#3756 #3777 #3778 #3779 #3785)
  • Adding WITHATTRIBS option to vector set's vsim command. (#3746)
  • Adding ssl_verify_flags_config argument for ssl connection configuration (#3772)
  • Adding new ExternalAuthProviderError that will be raised when we receive 'problem with LDAP service' response from server. (#3808)
    Note Not supported with hiredis parser. When hiredis parser is used this server response is mapped to ResponseError

⚠️ Artifact update problem

Renovate failed to update an artifact related to this branch. You probably do not want to merge this PR as-is.

♻ Renovate will retry this branch, including artifacts, only when one of the following happens:

  • any of the package files in this branch needs updating, or
  • the branch becomes conflicted, or
  • you click the rebase/retry checkbox if found above, or
  • you rename this PR's title to start with "rebase!" to trigger it manually

The artifact failure details are included below:

File name: uv.lock
Command failed: uv lock --upgrade-package redis

  × No solution found when resolving dependencies:
  ╰─▶ Because taskiq-redis>=1.1.0 depends on redis>=6,<7 and only the
      following versions of taskiq-redis are available:
          taskiq-redis<1.1.dev0
          taskiq-redis==1.1.0
          taskiq-redis==1.1.1
          taskiq-redis==1.1.2
      we can conclude that taskiq-redis>=1.1.dev0 depends on redis>=6,<7.
      And because your project depends on redis>=7.0.dev0, we can conclude
      that your project and taskiq-redis>=1.1.dev0 are incompatible.
      And because your project depends on taskiq-redis>=1.1.dev0 and your
      project requires connection-hub[dev], we can conclude that your
      project's requirements are unsatisfiable.

      hint: `taskiq-redis` was requested with a pre-release marker (e.g.,
      all of:
          taskiq-redis>=1.1.dev0,<1.1.0
          taskiq-redis>1.1.0,<1.1.1
          taskiq-redis>1.1.1,<1.1.2
          taskiq-redis>1.1.2,<1.2.dev0
      ), but pre-releases weren't enabled (try: `--prerelease=allow`)
