Hopefully this PR would resolve the outstanding issues related to usage with pandas and rate-limiting exceptions.
This PR adds a new
RateLimiterclass, which wraps ageolocator.geocodemethod and proxies calls to it, while applying delays, retrying on errors, swallowing exceptions and so on. See the updated docs for more detail.Also along with the
RateLimiterclass a new doc section related to usage with pandas has been added.Closes #315
